Coupled with the fact that Aaron really CARES about the quality of workers that he has working for him, means you get the pleasure of really nice people working in and on your home as well as expert levels of workmanship. We have just had a 2 storey extension done and I would like to say Aaron is one of the nicest people we know. he will guide you through to process and will go out of he way to get you what you want. he is easy going , honest & reliable and is always on hand to answer any questions & queries. Our thanks goes to Aaron 's team which include Dan, Callum, Matt, Kevin & Joe. and off course the ground workers. the build was not without issues tho due to suppliers & weather conditions. our thanks also go to plumbers, electricians and anybody else we've forgot. the extension has made a huge improvement to our home and it's all been finished to a high standard. all of the above were polite, trustworthy and always cleaned up afterwards. to sum up I would not hesitate to use A J Build again.

I can’t thank Arron and his team enough. From all the builders we met, none of them filled us with as much assurance, confidence, and trust as he did. He’s genuine, honest, and easy to work with and his team are competent and polite. Getting the right builder for your extension is so important. With the cost involved in building an extension and the consequent risks involved it's essential you use a builder that is trustworthy, honest and that you like as they will be in your home for a fair few months. We did have some issues with the delay of some materials, mainly flooring and the manufacture and supply of bifold doors which was out of his hands. But otherwise, this build has been relatively smooth. He’s back in the new year to do the last few minor snags. Arron's worked within our budget, didn’t ask for any monies upfront (staged payments only) and has created a space that has totally changed the way we live. I would not hesitate to recommend Arron and his team of professionals. Thanks to the team at AJ Build (special thanks to Pru for her communication at every stage).

Aaron and the team recently completed a full living room rebuild and matching deceration in other parts of the house. We are delighted with the finish and very impressed with the hard working and friendly team that competed the work. We had new walls, electrics, flooring and plumbing. When we had a little issue half way through Aaron was instantly on top of it and assured us all would be solved to a high standard - it certainly was. Sarah, Mario and myself would like to say a massive thank you to Aaron and his team for the recent completion of our 2 storey extension in Longlevens. Before contacting AJ Build Ltd, we initially contacted half a dozen different building companies in the local area to provide quotes for the work, but none of them filled us with much confidence. However, Aaron provided a quote for the cost of the project almost immediately and clearly highlighted the areas where additional costs may be incurred such as having a new boiler to account for additional radiators or the updating of our prehistoric fuse box to account for the additional electrical load. Even before we accepted his quote, he would take the time to pop round to have a chat face to face about any questions or queries we had which was a major confidence booster. His upfront and honest approach was also really refreshing.

One of the easiest reviews I’ve ever had to leave. Simply cannot thank Aaron and his team enough for a fantastic job extending our property. Aaron personally carried out the visit to survey the work, helped vastly with adapting the design of our plan to meet our budget and has stuck to his word throughout the project in every aspect. Even the billing has been painless. Nothing has been too much trouble. Great communication and it has all made a potentially disruptive process very easy to live with. His team have been very polite, punctual and friendly especially around my daughter who was always so excited to see them. They were tidy, respected our covid requirements and have been accommodating to our neighbours.
